Master the School Leadership Exams — Free Webinar (SLLA 6990 & Praxis 5412)
Get exam-ready for SLLA 6990 and Praxis 5412 with a focused walkthrough of what leadership tests actually measure: PSEL-aligned competencies (vision and goals; instructional leadership; equity and culture; family and community engagement), data-driven school improvement, ethics and legal issues (FERPA/IDEA/Title IX), operations and finance (budgeting, scheduling, resources), HR and evaluation, and crisis/communication planning. We’ll show you how to unpack scenario-based prompts, map evidence to rubrics, and craft efficient responses for selected-response and constructed-response items. Leave with practical study moves, exemplar reasoning frames, and a clear plan to use your leadership experience to earn points—without cramming.

You'll learn how to:
- Understand the test structure, so you can be strategic on the exam.

I'm Kathleen Jasper, and for the last 8 years, I've helped over 80,000 prospective teachers and school leaders pass their certification exams and get the positions they want in education.
I started off as a substitute teacher, went through the certification process, and was hired as a high school reading and biology teacher. A couple years later, I had the opportunity to work in curriculum at the district office. Finally, I became a high school assistant principal.
I left public education in 2015 to start my own company and help educators navigate the complex process of certification. I've learned a lot working in the testing industry over the last 8 years, and I look forward to sharing that knowledge with you.
I'm so glad you're here,
Kathleen Jasper, Ed.D.
