Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Institutional pricing starts at a 10-license minimum across your order (you can mix exams and formats to reach it). At 10 or more licenses a 5% volume discount is applied automatically, and larger orders may qualify for deeper discounts. For fewer than 10, you can purchase individually on our main store.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We accept POs from schools, districts, universities, and organizations, and can invoice your institution directly. Submit your quote and we’ll send an official quote you can attach to your PO.
Can we purchase tax-exempt?
Yes. If your institution is tax-exempt, please provide a valid W-9 form when submitting your quote request, and we’ll apply your tax-exempt status to the order.
What are delivery times for bulk orders?
Study guides, online courses, and audio courses are delivered instantly by access link once payment is secured. Paperback orders depend on quantity and destination, and we’ll confirm a window on your quote.
Can we get sample access?
Absolutely. Choose “Yes, please” for sample access on the form and we’ll set your team up to review the materials before committing.
How do licenses work?
Digital products are licensed per educator, so each person gets their own access. Bulk licenses are provisioned in a batch and distributed by your administrator. We’ll walk you through provisioning as part of your quote.
Can we mix formats and exams in one order?
Yes. That’s exactly what the quote builder is for. Add as many products as you need, each with its own format and quantity, and we’ll build a single quote covering everything.
Can we host the content on our own learning management system (LMS)?
No. All content for online and audio courses is hosted on our LMS. You will receive access per license.
