Refund Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with our products, give us a call or send an email, and it will be our pleasure to assist you or refund you for your purchase. If you ordered the wrong item, email or call us, and we will fix it.

Digital course

Digital courses are for one user only. For digital products, such as online courses, digital books, and webinars, you have 72 hours from the time you purchase the product to contact us if you would like a return. If you are eligible for a return, we will remove the digital item from your account and refund you for your purchase.

Digital books

Because digital books are emailed to you and we have no way of taking them back, we do not refund for digital books.

Damage and other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue.

Exchanges 
If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, no problem. Just give us a call or email us to start the exchange process. For physical books, you have 15 days from the day you receive the book to contact us to make the exchange. For digital products, you have 72 hours from the time you purchase the product to contact us to make the exchange.

Refunds 
Once we receive the returned item or remove you from your digital course, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
