We are committed to supporting you as you prepare for your teacher certification, and that includes providing outstanding customer service. Every book is printed specifically for your order, and our goal is to ensure you receive materials that meet the highest quality standards. If anything about your order is not right, we will work quickly to resolve it and ensure you have what you need to continue your studies with confidence.

Return Policy for Physical Books

Because our physical books are custom printed on demand, we do not accept physical returns.

However, your success and satisfaction are extremely important to us. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your order, and we will promptly issue a replacement.

We want you to have complete peace of mind while preparing for your certification, and we stand behind every product we ship.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Books

If your physical book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team right away. This allows us to quickly issue a replacement so you can continue studying without delay.

Please note that minor printing variations are normal with print-on-demand production; however, if anything appears incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Missing or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or something appears to be missing, reach out to us right away.

We will investigate the issue and quickly send the correct replacement so your studying can stay on track.

Order Cancellations or Changes (1-Hour Window)

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

• You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
  If you need to update a shipping address or correct any order details, contact us as soon as possible.

Even if the order has already entered production, our team will work with you to find the best solution, including issuing a replacement if needed. Our priority is to ensure you receive exactly what you need to succeed.
