"Thank you sooooo much for a breakdown! I'm a paraprofessional but will be on my own for Elementary Art & Technology (K-5). The school I'm going to didn't have an Art/Tech teacher for the '23-'24 school year & the principal said they go by TEKs for curriculum and no lesson plans. So, I'm starting from scratch for both subjects & this has helped me navigate. Once I'm given access to more information (most likely the 1st day of orientation in August) I can navigate clearer. I have no formal training other than what I research extensively & groups from social media. I appreciate the information you have to give & the template!!"
"Wow. Thanks. There was a big gap in my teacher education between knowing what the standards were and actually planning to meet them. I've been going it alone since the beginning. Knowing where to look for help is itself very helpful. Thanks again."
" I just want to give a massive thank you to you! I have come across your videos multiple times everywhere from taking the GRE to the RVE, lesson planning, and everything in between. You are helping not just me but so many others be successful and I truly truly appreciate it. ❤"

I'm Kathleen Jasper, and for the last 8 years, I've helped over 80,000 prospective teachers and school leaders pass their certification exams and get the positions they want in education.
I started off as a substitute teacher, went through the certification process, and was hired as a high school reading and biology teacher. A couple years later, I had the opportunity to work in curriculum at the district office. Finally, I became a high school assistant principal.
I left public education in 2015 to start my own company and help educators navigate the complex process of certification. I've learned a lot working in the testing industry over the last 8 years, and I look forward to sharing that knowledge with you.
I'm so glad you're here,
Kathleen Jasper, Ed.D.
